Satisfaction Guarantee We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, simply return the items you don't want in new condition within 7 days and we will refund your money or exchange the item subject to return policy below. Dish antennas are final and can not be returned. Holiday items such as TMX Elmo may not be returned or refunded. No refunds or returns after 7 days. Manufacturer's Warrantee & Return Policies: If you cancel an order before it is shipped, you will be charged an unrecoverable fee for the cancellation. This is a 5% non-refundable fee, plus $5.00 refund transaction fee. This can change based on customer's original order. If there is a problem with your order and we have attempted to contact you with no response for 3 or more business days, your order will be refunded as per our refund policies posted on this site. The Manufacturer warranty is as follows, and extends ONLY to the original USA user of the equipment and is limited to the purchase price of each part. This warrantee only covers USA buyers and does not extend to non-USA buyers. Non-USA buyers should contact the manufacturer directly about any warrantee coverage or claim in their country. Manufacturer(s) warrant products against defects in materials or workmanship as follows: LABOR: For a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, if manufacturer determines that the equipment is defective subject to the limitations of this warranty, manufacturer will replace or repair it at no charge for labor. Manufacturer warrants any such work done against defects in materials or workmanship for the remaining portion of the original warranty period. PARTS: For a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, Manufacturer will supply, at no charge, new or rebuilt replacement parts in exchange for parts manufacturer determines are defective subject to the limitations of this warranty. Manufacturer warrants any such replacement parts against defects in materials or workmanship for the remaining portion of the original warranty period. (Note: "Parts" may include the antenna assembly, receiver, LNBF, remote control, or antenna mounting hardware. It does NOT include other parts purchased separately.) This warranty "does not cover" installation of the systems. If applicable, such installation will be warranted under a separate installation agreement. Any unauthorized software or non-manufactures firmware uploaded to your receiver will automatically void the warranty of the receiver. The manufacturer does not support third party software, and neither does this website. Should you modify your receiver in any way, you will void your warranty. We are not responsible for receivers that have been modified. If you modify your receiver and are given an RMA # (return to manufacture authorization) for return, it will be subject to a refurbishment fee of 20% of the full retail value of the receiver at time of purchase, as well as our regular return policy; including restocking fee and refund fee. This warranty "does not cover" consumer instruction, physical set up or adjustment of any consumer electronic equipment, remote control batteries, signal reception problems, loss of use of the equipment, or unused programming charges due to equipment malfunction. This warranty "does not cover" cosmetic damage, damage due to lightning, electrical surges, fire, flood, or other acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, repair or alteration by other than our factory service, negligence, or improper or neglected maintenance. This warranty "does not cover" equipment sold AS IS, or WITH ALL FAULTS, equipment removal or reinstallation, shipping damage if the equipment was not packed and shipped in the manner prescribed, nor equipment purchased, serviced, or operated by other dealers. All satellite dishes purchased through this site are non-refundable. We will only replace defective parts. The reason for this is we only want to retail "new" product to our customers and we do not want any opened item stock. All card readers such as Coolsat X2 Card Reader are non-refundable and may not be returned to us for a refund. If you pre-order a product that is on backorder, and choose to cancel, you will be refunded per our posted refund policy above. You will be subject to refund fees and unrecoverable merchant fees. This is usually 5% unrecoverable fee and $5.00 refund fee, but can change depending on the size of the order. Pre-orders are limited and canceling means that we have held an item for you, and other customers may have missed out on the sale. We are not responsible for merchant bank fees that we incur on your behalf because you have changed your mind. We feel that it is very necessary to tell the truth about all FTA manufactures and their so called warranty. From experiences with our customers and there dealings with manufactures, there is no such thing as a manufacture warranty with the receivers available in North America . Do not let this deter you from buying, as we are positive that you want to know the truth about products and not be mislead with information just so that a sale can be made. Very rarely are there any problems with an FTA receiver as there are no moving parts inside the unit. If you purchase from us and the unit is DOA (dead on arrival) we will gladly exchange the unit for you, providing you have not modified it with unauthorized software (firmware). That is only common sense and good customer service. It seems like the manufactures have dropped the ball when promising that they have a warranty, but it really should be called a repair charge. Many online retailers claim to have a warranty for the FTA receivers they sell, but how can they when the manufactures cannot warranty their own product? That is why we are telling you that they will charge for a repair. The bottom line here is if your receiver malfunctions, you will need to send it to the manufacture at one of the addresses below. They will repair it for a fee. We do not support any unauthorized software upgrades to FTA receivers or DVB cards. This could be one of the reasons why the manufactures are clamping down on their warranty claims. Shipping damages and/or shortages must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours. Should something be returned to our warehouse, either because a customer refuses the package, or for a return, the customer is responsible for shipping costs on the outgoing product. Shipping costs will not be refunded by us. If a purchase is just cancelled because you changed your mind, you will be charged an unrecoverable fee for the cancellation. Normally this is a 5% non-refundable fee, plus $5.00 refund transaction fee. This can change based on the customer's original transaction. We are not responsible for shipping damages. We are not responsible for returns sent back without a tracking number. Please make sure that you return with a tracking as all returns are sorted via tracking. Shipments without tracking numbers may be refused. You will not see a refund post to your card, until a tracking number for the return is provided. Do not use self serve USPS terminals, as these tracking numbers that are issued are not traceable via the web. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a VALID return authorization number on the shipping label. To obtain an RMA number, the Customer should be prepared to give the following information: 1. Customer name and address 2. Serial number of the product 3. Description of the malfunction or defect, if any 4. Proof of date of purchase and/or receipt 5. Specifications concerning model number, and any options. NOTE: A copy of your invoice or customer receipt is required with any warrantee claims or returned items Return Material Instructions: Returned merchandise for Repair: 1. Make sure you complete and return to the manufacturer the warrantee registration card provided with your receiver purchase. 2. A $35 labor charge, plus return shipping charge will be assessed on products or accessories returned for warranty repair in which no manufacturer defects is found. 3. Customer is solely responsible if RMA Merchandise is damaged in shipping. Any such unit will be repaired at standard out of warranty rates. 4. Customer is responsible for shipping / insurance to our warehouse. We are not responsible for returned items lost during shipping. Make sure you have enough insurance coverage. 5. RMA numbers are valid for no more than 15 (fifteen) days from issue date. 6. We cannot guarantee that any RMA Merchandise will be delivered on a specific date. 7. We will attempt to ship RMA Merchandise from Mail-In Service within 5 to 10 working days of receiving the unit. 8. Merchandise will be considered abandoned if no contact with the customer can be made within one (1) month of receipt. At that time, the abandoned merchandise will become the property of us. 9. Warrantee work beyond 7 days is provided by the manufacturer and/or their representative directly and not by us. When you got your order the first time, your item came with a warrantee card and the address where to send it for repairs or warrantee claim. Returned merchandise for Refund: 1. All returned merchandise for refund must be in absolute perfect and new condition, in original carton with all manufacturers included accessories. 2. Minimum restocking fee is 20% for all returned merchandise. 3. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items. 4. All warranty cards (if initially provided by the manufacturer) must be left blank. 5. Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way. 6. If products is purchased in new condition and returned in a condition such that it cannot be resold as new ( damaged, scratched, with missing or damaged packaging, and/or missing parts), another 25% refurbishment fee will be applied in addition to the restocking fee. 7. Merchandise initially returned as defective, whose defect cannot be verified, will incur a restocking fee as well as a freight charge for replacement shipment. 8. Merchandise initially shipped 'double-boxed' must be returned to us in like fashion. 9. Shipping charges we incur are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. 10. Purchaser is responsible for shipping / insurance to our warehouse. We are not responsible for returned items lost during shipping. 11. Credits will be posted to the appropriate account within 30 days of receipt 12. Any freight damaged goods should be reported immediately within 24 hours of receipt to UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for lost packages. We will submit a claim form within 7 days, as your package is insured. If it is found that the carrier rules in your favor, they will issue a check to replace the missing items, and the product will be reshipped. We do not issue refund checks for missing product. We will replace the merchandise should the carrier rule in your favor. 13. Customers will receive less than full credit on any merchandise returned to sender as either refused or undeliverable (other than freight damaged goods) due to return shipping charges. 14. NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED beyond 7 days. Packaging the unit: Use the original box and packaging materials if possible. If the original packaging is not available use a box that will allow for proper protection. Include a copy of your invoice/receipt inside the package. Addressing the unit: The RMA # must appear on the outside of the package or our Receiving Department will refuse to accept the package. NOTE: Warrantee work beyond 7 days after purchase is provided by the manufacturer and/or their representative directly and not by us. Shipping the unit: You are responsible to pay for the shipping of the unit to us. We recommend that you insure your package, as we cannot be responsible for any damage to or loss of the unit until it is received in our facility. The following shipping methods are recommended: Federal Express, UPS, DHL, or Airborne Express. If you use the US Postal Service make sure you use Certified or Registered with a tracking number.
